Parent Teacher Association
The Parent Teacher Association exists to provide involvement of parents in the activities and general welfare of the school. Social activities enable you to meet other parents in a friendly and casual way. The PTA organise social functions for the children; and fund raising events to provide the school with equipment not supplied by ESF.

P.T.A Committee members are elected every year at the Annual General Meeting in October.
Joining the PTA
The PTA plays an important part in supporting the school as the children are the beneficiaries of our effort.
Please note that under the new ESF Ordinance (2008) all parents are required to join their child's school PTA. The annual family membership is $260 and as a member you will be invited to our various socials for all year groups and family events.
The PTA also provide a School Students Directory to all PTA members with names and telephone numbers of the majority of children in the school.
School Council
The PTA has two representatives on the school council who keep us informed of new developments in the school organisation and also pass on parent's views. A representative on the Joint Council of the PTA's keeps all schools in touch and allows the sharing of ideas.

Please submit your lunch form to the PTA Office with contact and payment details filled in by the date shown on the form (Late lunch orders must be faxed directly to Tastee Gourmet and submitted with payment asap to the PTA Office).
To cancel hot lunches (THIS MUST BE DONE DIRECT WITH TASTEE GOURMET- NOT the CWBS school Office or PTA Office):
Parents must call the Tastee Gourmet Hot LIne: 2409-8389 between 8.15am to 8.45am to cancel meals to qualify for a refund/credit. NO refunds/credits will be made for meals cacelled after 8.45am.
Uniform Shop
School Uniforms are available for sale at The Aston Wilson Uniform Shop (tel: 2873 3006), which is located on the ground floor at Clearwater Nay School. The shop stocks a full range Abacus and CWBS uniform.

Bus Information
There are many buses available to take your children to and from school.
For information on bus routes and contact numbers click HERE
If your child travels on a bus, you (or your helper) will be expected to share in the supervision of the children to and from school. This will be carried out on a roster basis.
